1. Eligibility
Our 100% Money-Back Guarantee applies to new customers. If you cancel a new hosting account within 3 days (72 hours) of your first payment for it, we refund the full amount of that first payment. The guarantee applies to all of our WordPress hosting plans, and to one hosting account per customer.
2. How to request a refund
Send your request within the 3-day period, either by opening a support request in the client area or through our contact page. Include the email address on your account and say that you are requesting a refund under the money-back guarantee. Requests are assessed by the time we receive them.
3. Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, in Pakistani rupees, for 100% of the eligible payment. We process refunds promptly. The time it takes for the money to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
4. Exclusions
- Renewal payments, and payments for plans that have already been active beyond the first 3 days.
- Requests received after the 3-day period has ended.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for breaking our Terms of Service, including abuse, spam, malware, or fraud.
- Third-party products or services bought separately, which are covered by their own providers’ refund terms.
- Repeat sign-ups intended to use the guarantee more than once.
5. After your refund
When a refund is issued, the hosting account is cancelled and its websites, files, databases, and emails are permanently deleted. Please download anything you want to keep before you request a refund. This guarantee is part of our Terms of Service.
