By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and login credentials when you create an account.
- Billing details: your billing name and address and records of the plans you buy. Card and payment details are handled by our payment providers (see Payment information).

- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit, recorded in standard server logs.
- Cookies and local storage: small files used to keep the site and client area working and to remember your choices (see Cookies).
Content you host with us
Websites, files, databases, and emails stored in your hosting account belong to you. We process that content only to provide the service you have asked for, and we do not use it for any other purpose.
3. How we use your information

- To process payments, issue invoices, and handle refunds under our Money-Back Guarantee.
- To reply to enquiries and provide customer support.
- To send essential service messages, such as invoices, renewal reminders, security notices, and changes to our terms.
- To protect our services, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- To understand and improve how our website is used, but only with your consent where cookies are involved.

4. Legal bases for processing
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following:

Your choices
When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept or Reject optional cookies. If you reject them, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your decision at any time:
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop the client area from working properly.
6. How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only when needed:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as payment processors, infrastructure and data-centre providers, email delivery services, and support tools. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
- Legal requirements: when the law requires it, or to respond to valid requests from authorities.
- Protection: to investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers and the public.
- Business changes: if our business is merged, sold, or restructured, your information may be transferred as part of that change, under the same protections.
7. Payment information
Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our systems. We keep only the information needed to identify your payments, such as the transaction reference, amount, and date.
8. How long we keep information
We keep account information for as long as your account is active. After an account is closed, we keep limited records for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse, and then delete or anonymise them. Hosted content, such as websites and emails, is removed after the account is closed or cancelled. Please download anything you want to keep before closing your account.
9. How we protect information
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and stored credentials that are protected. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use strong, unique passwords and keep your login details private.
